Our teletherapy model means that our therapists spend most of their time pursuing their passion from home and less time traveling to and from schools. With teletherapy, you’ll engage with students one-on-one via webcam, providing the same speech therapy you normally would in person. Although in-person trips to schools are sometimes necessary, this gives you greater freedom in your schedule and proximity to the schools.

Our therapists are the heart and soul of Integrated Speech Solutions. That’s why we pay top dollar to attract the best and treat them like family. We offer major medical insurance, vision and dental insurance, 401k, short term disability, and life insurance. Plus all of our therapists are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors. The result is one of the lowest turnover rates in the business.
Flexible Scheduling
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your personal needs as best as we can. Teletherapy allows you to do what you love from home, and your fellow therapists can typically cover your caseload when you need time off.
The Training and Support You Need
We recognize that starting out as a new therapist can leave you feeling isolated and left to figure things out on your own. That’s why our therapists are themselves a support network, with designated trainers to get you started. Plus every Integrated therapist has direct access to the owner of the company, so you can get help anytime you need it.

Documentation is a drag, but we all have to do it. That’s why we created our very own web-based documentation system—designed by therapists, for therapists. We’ve streamlined the process to make it as quick and effortless as possible. Spend less time documenting your passion and more time actually doing it!
Certification and CE Assistance
Integrated covers the costs of your WV License, ASHA Certification, and continuing education. Additionally, we partner with the West Virginia Speech-Language-Hearing Association, whose annual convention offers enough CEUs in one weekend event to meet the yearly requirements.
